The movie depicts his struggles like drug abuse, arrest for the suspicion of being connected to the terrorist bombings in Bombay, relationship with family, and final clearance of charges and return to the film making industry after the end of the prison sentence. The main role is played by Ranbir Kapoor along with many famous supporting actors: Vicky Kaushal, Anushka Sharma, Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, and others.
The film was released in June 2018 and almost instantly received positive feedback from critics. The third day of the rollout has become the most profitable one. Padmaavat is the 2018 epic historical melodrama directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who also wrote the music for the film. It was produced by Bhansali Productions and distributed by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures. The film is based on the mid-16th century epic poem Padmaavat by Malik Muhammad Jayasi, starring Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh.

7. Tiger Zinda Hai
Tiger Zinda Hai is a spy action movie that was released in December 2017 by Ali Abbas Zafar with Salman Khan starring Tiger. The events develop in Iraq, where a group of terrorists seizes a hospital and takes Indian and Pakistani nurses as hostages. India has only a week to try and rescue the hostages before the CIA bombs the building. Meanwhile, the legendary secret agent of the Indian special service Avinash Rathor, better known as the Tiger, enjoys a quiet life with his beloved wife Zoya, a former Pakistani spy, in a quiet place in the Alps, without even suspecting that he and his wife will soon lead rescue teams of their countries.
Soon after the release, Tiger Zinda Hai received good reviews and high evaluations from the public. The movie earned ₹565 crore in the world (having a ₹200 crore budget) becoming one of the best Hindi movies. At the Filmfare, the movie received the Best Action Film award.
A 2019 action film tells the story of an intelligence officer who is tasked with neutralizing a former colleague and his mentor, who suddenly killed several of his own and is now declared an enemy of the state. The confrontation becomes a matter of honor for both and results in a real war.

9. Dhoom 3
Dhoom 3 is an action thriller directed by Vijaya Krishna Acarya and released in 2013. The third film in the Dhoom trilogy after Dhoom and Dhoom 2, which were released in 2004 and 2006 respectively. The film tells a story of a bank robbery, which is planned and carried out by a gang of bikers in Chicago.
It is the 1st film to be released in IMAX format in India. The main role in the film is played by Aamir Khan, while Anushka Sharma, Boman Irani, and Sanjay Dutt starred as supporting actors.
The film was well received by critics and audiences. PK grossed over ₹340 cr worldwide (with a budget of ₹85 cr), making it the highest grossing film in India (as of 2014). The film also earned the creators two Filmfare awards.
