Please read carefully these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") as set out below. By registering an Account (“Your Account” or “Account”), you are deemed to have accepted and understood them.
In this document, We use the following definitions:
Access Device means a computer, tablet, smartphone, or any other electronic device that you use to access the MIMY’s Services.
Your Account or Account means an Account you have opened to use the MIMY’s Website and Services.
Bet means a Bet, wager, or stake that you have placed via the Website on the outcome of any event.
Bonus Terms and Promotional Terms means any Terms and Conditions and/or rules with regard to promotions, bonuses and special offers which may apply to any part of the Services from time to time.
Content means any textual, visual, and audio information on the Website, as well as Software and data.
Intellectual Property Rights patents, rights to inventions, copyright and related rights, moral rights, trademarks and service marks, trade names and domain names, rights to goodwill or to sue for passing off or unfair competition, rights in designs, rights in computer Software, database rights, rights in confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets) and any other Intellectual Property Rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications (or rights to apply) for, and renewals or extensions of, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world.

Rules mean the Betting Rules that apply to a relevant type of betting.
Services mean the Services that MIMY provides through the Website or Software.
Software means any computer program downloaded accessed or otherwise utilizes by you from the Website made available by Us from time to time.
Third-Party Terms means any additional end-user terms and conditions of use which you are required to confirm your agreement to as part of the use of any software which you may access on Our Website which can be found in the Appendix to these Terms.
We/Us/Our means MIMY.
Website the domain name mimy.online (https://mimy.online) through which We provide Our online betting services, including all pages with these domain names and all computer programs used to run or that are accessible on these domain names and all material and data made available at these domain names, including, but not limited to, text, photographs, graphics, video and audio content.
MIMY is the operator of www.mimy.online website. MIMY is licensed in compliance with the laws and regulations of Curacao to conduct remote betting business. MIMY is the operator of this website (the "Website") www.mimy.online through which MIMY provides its online betting services. Signing up at (https://mimy.online), you agree with an agreement with GOODWIN N.V. which is a company having its address at Heelsumstraat 51 Unit B-03, E-Commerce Park, Curacao and is registered at the Chamber of Commerce Curacao with number 151353 (8048/JAZ2019-062). GOODWIN N.V. licensed in Curacao and regulated by Central Government of the Netherlands Antilles. Your relationship with GOODWIN N.V. extends to the duration of play of games and making bets offered under the company’s license.
LUCKYLUCK LIMITED is affiliated company governed by Cyprus law and authorized payment agent of GOODWIN N.V.
If you visit the Website or use the Services, it automatically means that you have read these Terms and Conditions and accepted them.
These Terms and Conditions shall be agreed between you and MIMY (referenced in these Terms as ,“ Us ", " Our " or " We ").
Applicability of these Terms and Conditions
This document comes into effect on January 21, 2021. MIMY reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time. Reasons for such changes can be changes in legislation, instructions of the regulatory body, commercial reasons, and others. The current version of this document can be accessed from the Terms and Conditions link in the footer of the Website.
To assign this Terms to another company(s) which is affiliated with GOODWIN N.V. in which case such other company(s) will act as agent for, and provide services to us, to ensure that the services will be available to you, subject to these Terms.
Third parties do not have the ability to enforce any part of this Terms save in respect of the rights of counterparties to enforce your’s duty of good faith directly against you. This Terms, may however be varied at any time without the consent of any counterparties to any bets struck through GOODWIN N.V.
If We make changes to this document, MIMY reserves the right not to notify you. Therefore, We strongly advise you to review the Terms from time to time. If you continue to visit the Website and use the Services after Our changes in this document, this will automatically mean your acceptance of all changes.
In the event of significant changes to this document, MIMY will notify you in advance. We may inform you via email, Website notification, or message to your Account. Such notice may include a clause where We will ask you to confirm acceptance of the new Terms. MIMY will deem that you agree to all changes if you give confirmation or continue to use the Website and Services. Your continued use of the Website and/or the Services after these changes have been made shall be deemed as your acceptance thereof.
Where We make changes to the Terms which We wish to notify you of, We will do so by such method of notification as We may, in Our discretion, deem appropriate, which may comprise: e-mail (to the e-mail address you have supplied us with); a message to your Account on the Website; or notice on the Website and We may, at Our discretion, invite you to accept the new Terms by clicking on "yes" or "I accept", checking a 'tick box' or any other similar method of confirmation by you. If you provide Us with any such confirmation or continue to use the Website and/or the Services after notification under this paragraph, you shall, from such time, be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, the new Terms, including (for the avoidance of doubt), whether or not you have read the revised Terms. If any change is unacceptable to you, you may either cease using the Services and/or close your Account.
If you do not agree with any change that We have made to this document, you should stop using the Services and close your Account.
To use the Services, you need to pass the registration procedure when you open an Account. All personal information that you provide to Us must be up-to-date and truthful. This especially concerns the phone number, address, and payment details (if applicable).
You must provide truthful information when opening an Account and failure to do so will result in a breach of these Terms and conditions and immediate closure of the Account forfeiting all money available in the Account to us.
MIMY has the right to use any legal means to verify the personal information you provide. If We decide to carry out such verification, you must provide Us with any required documentation.
Registration is deemed successful and you become Our registered customer only when We accept the online enrolment form you submitted. You agree upon request by Us to provide Us with any documentation to verify the Personal Information you have provided to us. You authorize Us to use any lawful means that We consider necessary to verify the Personal Information you have provided as set out in the online enrolment form ("Personal Information"). Such Personal Information includes all required information from you, as determined by Us in Our sole and absolute discretion, so as to allow Us to properly identify you. When the aforementioned online enrolment form has been submitted to, and accepted by, us, you will be deemed a Registered Customer ("Registered Customer"). We reserve the right of accepting or rejecting registration for any reason whatsoever. Only Registered Customers may use Our Services and Bet only up to their Bet limit or monetary amount available in their Account.
If you wish to place a Bet with the MIMY, you should note that there may be specific laws in your country, place of residence, or the place where such Bets are placed from, which prohibit online betting and/or online gaming (collectively, "gambling") or the use and access of the Website and/or the Services.You warrant that you will not register an Account and use the Services if:
- you are in a jurisdiction where visiting the Website and using the Services is prohibited;
- you are in a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited;
- the state of which you are a resident prohibits its citizens to gamble;

Please note that even if the Website is available in some country or jurisdiction, this does not mean that you are free to use Our Services. If such a country or jurisdiction prohibits the use of our Services, then We do not provide them.
Opening an Account with Us means your full understanding and agreement that you use the Services at your own risk. You accept responsibility for any loss of money on placed Bets that may result from using the Services.
You cannot use the Services if you previously had an Account and We closed it.
Each user has the right to open no more than one Account. If MIMY finds additional Accounts, We can close them or merge.
To maintain a high level of security to protect customer funds, We may perform random security checks. You hereby accept that We maintain the right to demand additional information and/or documentation from you in order to verify your identity as the Account holder in the event of such a security check.
Each time you visit the Website or use the Services, you should check your balance. It is your responsibility to immediately notify Us of any balance discrepancy that you may find and provide Us with transaction records since the last balance check.
If you find discrepancies in the balance for a particular month and within 30 calendar days of the following month did not inform Us about this fact, you thus agree to forfeit any claims for such discrepancies.
Protection of minors
MIMY does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to play on the Website.
Opening an Account with Us also means that you have reached the age of 18 or the age at which gambling is legal under the law that applies to you (Relevant Age).
You are (a) over 18 years of age, or (b) above the age at which gambling or gaming activities are legal under the law or jurisdiction that applies to you; whichever is the greater between the two (“Relevant Age“).
The Site is not designed to attract children or adolescents. We actively discourage and track people under the age of 18 who attempt to play in the Site. We use sophisticated verification systems which can identify minors who log in to our software.
The accounts of anyone under the age of 18 found to be gambling with MIMY will be freezed and any winnings will be forfeited.
We carry out age verification checks on all customers and ask for documentary proof of age where checks are inconclusive.
Nevertheless, we recognize that the internet is readily accessible in many homes around the world. As a result, gaming companies and parents must work together to protect children from underage gambling.
To ensure the safety of your children, we recommend installing filtering software to block minors from accessing certain websites and programs.
If you suspect that someone under the age of 18 is gambling at MIMY please contact us to report this.
By using the Services, you warrant that you provided the correct name and address on the registration and that the money that you deposit in your Account legally belongs to you.
MIMY reserves the right to check these facts from time to time. Such checks can be carried out on Our initiative or at the request of, for example, regulatory bodies. Undertaking such checks, We may request additional details from you in respect of the information you have provided us. This also applies to your deposits.
We may restrict you from accessing the Website, the Services, or withdrawing funds from your Account. Please note that We may from time to time re-perform the Checks for regulatory, security or other business reasons. In case of problems due to any restrictions, please contact Our support team.
In certain circumstances We may have to contact you and ask you to provide further information to Us directly in order to complete the Checks. For this purpose, We will be entitled, at Our sole discretion, to require that you provide Us with a notarised ID or any equivalent certified ID according to the applicable law of your jurisdiction or otherwise, proof of address, utility bills, bank details, bank statements and bank references. Until such information has been supplied to Our satisfaction We may prevent any activity to be undertaken by you in relation to the Account or We may, where We reasonably believe that deliberately incorrect information has been provided by you, keep any amount deposited on the Account following the closure of the Account by us.
If there are grounds to suspect you of providing incorrect information, MIMY has the right to keep any amount deposited on the Account after We close your Account.
If a person uses the Services but has not reached the Relevant Age, he/she is breaking the law. If MIMY is unable to confirm that your age allows you to use the Services, We have the right to suspend your Account. This limitation will remain in effect until We receive confirmation.
If We find evidence that you have been under the Relevant Age at the time of using the Services, then:
- We will freeze your Account until you reach the Relevant Age.
- We will void all transactions you made whilst you were underage and return the funds when you reach the Relevant Age.
- You will forfeit all your winnings when you were underage, and you will have to return to Us the funds.
Account Access Information
When you open an Account, you receive a username and password for further access to your Account. This information is for personal use only and shall not be disclosed. It protects both your data and your funds.
You are responsible for the safety and confidentiality of this information. In case of disclosure of information to third parties, all responsibility lies with you.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the Account Access Information remains confidential at all times and you shall be fully responsible for any misuse and/or unauthorized disclosure of Account Access Information to any third party. If you are concerned that your Account Access Information has been made available, its security has been compromised or has been accessed by any third party without your knowledge or consent, you should forthwith notify Us immediately whereupon new Account Access Information may be provided by Us to you. Any Bets or requests made online where the correct Account Access Information has been used will be considered valid and binding to you and us. Only after your notification to Us that your Account Access Information has been compromised and Us suspending the Account will Bets or requests made online with the Account Access Information be deemed void.
MIMY has the right to require you to change your account access information from time to time or We may suspend your Account if We have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Website and/or the Services. We also have the right to change this information at Our discretion. In this case, We will previously inform you about this.
If there is any security risk, We may suspend your Account.
LUCKYLUCK LIMITED is affiliated company governed by Cyprus law and authorized payment agent of GOODWIN N.V. You can only place a Bet after you have deposited funds with us. The MIMY group company is responsible for the holding and processing of Our customers’ funds.
If you wish to participate with Our Services you may only deposit money with Us through the pre-approved payment methods available in the Website or the Services, you must only deposit and receive money through the same Payment Solution Companies authorized by Us ("Authorised Payment Solutions"), except where you deposited money directly with us. Authorized Payment Solutions cannot represent themselves as authorized to receive funds on behalf of Us without a previous written statement to that effect from us; and furthermore, Authorised Payment Solutions cannot in any way market, advertise, publicize, or promote Us or Our Services without the previous written consent by us. Further details of how to deposit and withdraw along with information regarding minimum and maximum deposit limits can be found in the payment options page of the Website or Services.
If you use a payment method in respect of which you are not the Account holder, We reserve the right to treat any deposit into the Account as being invalid (and any winnings arising from such deposit as void) pending the satisfactory completion of all relevant Check

MIMY does not provide Services on credit. You must have sufficient funds in your Account to place Bets. If there were not enough funds in the Account for the Bet, We can void it.
If We incur any charge-backs, reversals or other charges in respect of your Account, We reserve the right to charge you for the relevant amounts incurred. For the avoidance of doubt, your Account shall not be used by you as a bank Account or as an money exchange service and, should We become aware of deposits into and withdrawals from your Account without commensurate Betting or gaming activity, We reserve the right to deduct an administration charge (whether or not We close or suspend the Account). Funds deposited with Us in your Account shall not attract interest.
There can be some transaction costs on deposits and withdrawals. In this case, We may apply a handling charge. We will inform you about it.
If the local law or tax authoruty requires you to report any winnings or losses, you should do so.
Winnings from Bets are credited to your Account. You must immediately inform Us without delay if funds are credited to your Account by mistake. Bets may be void if placed using funds credited to the Account in error. We may adjust your Account to recover these funds.
For your Account to remain active, you need to log in and use the Services at least once every 12 months. We reserve the right to close your Account if it is inactive for 12 months or longer. In this case, you agree to forfeit the outstanding balance and all claims against us.
We review Our database to identify inactive Accounts with funds available for withdrawal. If We notice that your Account is inactive and there are funds left on it, We will try to inform you. We can do this by phone, email, or letter.
If We are unable to contact you within 12 months after your Account has been identified as inactive, We will close your Account. The funds held on it will go to charity.
You can place your Bet only online via the Website or the Services. To do this you need an active Account in Our system. You can find the information on how to place a Bet in the Help section.
The transaction details should be correct following the Betting Rules or the Game Rules.
Our gaming server records the placed Bets. Only after that, We deem the Bet accepted. If you have successfully placed your Bet, you will receive an electronic acknowledgment. After that, the Bet is deemed completed.
If the Bet has not been transmitted in full, including for technical reasons, We will deem the Bet void.
Once We have accepted a Bet, you will no longer be able to change or cancel it. We do not cancel Bets correctly placed and accepted. If there are any nuances related to the Bet that We should know about, you should inform Us about it before We accept the Bet or before the occurrence of the event on which the Bet has been placed. Any disputes will be investigated and We will resolve them reasonably.
MIMY reserve the right to suspend or prohibit further betting at any time. No prior notice is required. We will then reject all attempts to place Bets
We may refuse any Bet or part of it, or suspend or close your Account. This may be based on Our decision that continued use of the Account will harm you or Us. It also can happen due to your breach of these Terms or if you have filed a complaint.
If a Bet was not placed, accepted, or you did not receive notice of acceptance of your Bet due to a failure in any equipment, We are not responsible for that.
MIMY is not responsible for damages that are deemed to have been caused by the Website, Services, or Content. This includes malfunctions, errors in content, use – correct or incorrect – by anyone of the Website, Services and Content, and so on.
Bets will be accepted up to the advertised deadline of until when Bets are accepted ( " deadline " ) for any given event. Such deadlines are deemed to be incorporated by reference into these Terms and you have agreed to. If a Bet is inadvertently accepted after its deadline, the Bet shall be deemed void and We reserve the right to void any such Bet.
Your Account must have a positive funds balance reflected in excess of the Bet amount in.
We can change at any time and without notice odds, prices, information about the event, etc. However, at the time of placing and accepting a Bet, they become fixed. If due to any error, information is incorrect, We may void or reject any affected Bets.
We may change the maximum Bet amount for any event without prior notice.
Any prohibited practices breach these Terms and are not permitted. These include cheating, unfair advantage, fraud, and criminal activity, abuse of bonuses and promotions, and the opening of duplicate Accounts.
We will prevent and investigate such actions "Prohibited Practices" At the same time, MIMY is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of such actions. Subject to the above, however, We will not be liable for any loss or damage which you may incur as a result of any Prohibited Practices, and any action We take in respect of the same will be at Our sole discretion.
If you suspect someone is involved in a prohibited practice, please let Us know immediately. This can be done via email or a call to Our support team.
You should not be engaged in any prohibited practice in connection with your use of the Services. If We have reason to suspect you are involved in prohibited practices, or another gambling provider suspects you of such activities, or you deny deposits, or if your use of the Services could harm us, or if you become bankrupt, then We may withhold the whole or part of the balance from your Account.
For the purposes of this paragraph:
"fraud" means any fraudulent activity engaged in by you or by any person acting on your behalf or in collusion with you, and shall include, without limitation: (I) fraudulent charge-backs activity; (II) the use by you or any other person who was participating in the same bet as you at any time, of a stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorized credit or debit card, as a source of funds; (III) the collusion by you with others in order to gain an unfair advantage (including through Bonus schemes or similar incentives offered by us); (IV) any attempt to register false or misleading Account information; any (V) any actual or attempted act by you which is reasonably deemed by Us to be illegal in any applicable jurisdiction, made in bad faith, or intended to defraud Us and/or circumvent any contractual or legal restrictions, regardless of whether such act or attempted act actually causes Us any damage or harm;
"criminal activity" shall include, without limitation, money laundering and any offense that violates the criminal law of any country.
"unfair advantage" shall include, without limitation: the exploitation of a fault, loophole or error in Our or any third party's software used by you in connection with the; the use of any Bots for skill games and Bots for any other use which would otherwise constitute any other Prohibited Practices; the use of third party software or analysis systems; or the exploitation by you, of an Error, in any case either to your advantage and/or to the disadvantage of Us or others.
We will make every effort to act fairly to you and Our other customers when We fight prohibited practices.
You should cooperate with Us to investigate prohibited activities. If We have reason to suspect you involve in prohibited practices, We may inform your identity and actions to the relevant authorities, gambling operators, and financial institutions.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
These Promotional Terms apply to all MIMY promotions and competitions. Except as expressly provided, in the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Promotional Terms and any specific promotional terms, then the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
- You must be aged 18 years or more to participate in promotions and/or take part in competitions. It is an offence for anyone under the age of 18 to open an account or to gamble. Underage entries will be void.
- All promotions are limited to one entry per customer. To ensure that the promotion is limited to one entry per customer, we only permit one customer to participate from each household address, IP address, email address, telephone number, same payment account (e.g. debit or credit card, Neteller etc) or shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).
- None of the employees, nor any family members of employees, of MIMY and its affiliate companies, their agents, or those of their respective group companies may take part in prize draw promotions or competitions that involve any element of judgment by MIMY.
- All promotions are available at the discretion of MIMY and MIMY reserves the right to restrict the availability of a promotion to any person. Any such restriction will not impact players who have already started wagering under a promotion.
- If you have been sent an email excluding you from promotions you will not qualify any promotions. Please note that any such exclusion will not affect any free bet, bonus or other promotional offer you have already placed a qualifying bet towards. You will still receive the benefits of any promotion you have started qualifying for or already qualified for prior to this decision.
Fraud and Multiple Accounts:
- Fraudulent or multiple entries will not be accepted, neither will entries made in breach of these Standard Promotional Terms or the specific promotional terms.
- MIMY reserves the right to exclude any entrant from competitions and/or promotions and from use of the MIMY website if MIMY believes that an entrant has tried to enter by using more than one username or is otherwise engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activity (including participation that would be in breach of the law in your local jurisdiction), whether or not that entrant would or might have won any prize but for such activity. Where multiple entries/accounts have been used, MIMY reserves the right to cancel these accounts and withhold payment of the prize/bonus or any other promotional benefits
- Bonuses are awarded to enhance your enjoyment of our bets however we reserve the right to govern how bonuses are used before a player is allowed to cash them in. As such we deem it necessary to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to the wagering/turnover requirements.
- Wagering requirements for bonuses will apply to an account from the time a bonus is accepted and/or applied to an account.
- By entering the promotion or competition, you accept and agree to be bound by these Promotional Terms and any specific terms and conditions relating to the relevant promotion.
- Any disputes relating to promotions or competitions will be resolved in accordance with the MIMY Terms and Conditions, see here.
- MIMY accepts no responsibility whatsoever for system or connection problems that might affect any end user during any of these promotions.
- MIMY and its affiliates and subsidiaries, or any of their employees, officers or directors shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses, damages, injury or other liability arising from a participant's or winner's participation in any competition or promotion, or for any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any competition, promotional or tournament. Nothing in this clause shall operate to limit or exclude liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
Account Closure and Termination of the Terms by You
If you have a sufficient balance, you may withdraw money from your Account.
You may cancel your Account at any time. To do this, you should inform Us in writing of your intention by sending an email to email@example.com. If you do so, you must stop using the Services immediately. Bets placed using your Account will be deemed void only after We notify you that your Account has been canceled. Until then, you will be liable for any activity on your Account.
Please note that upon the termination of your Account, We may withhold any funds from your Account balance in the following cases:
- We have reason to suspect you involve in prohibited practices;
- You have breached these Terms;
- You provided deliberately incorrect information on registration;
- As required by law.
When repaying the outstanding balance on your Account, We shall use the same method of payment which you provided upon registration of your Account, or such other payment method as We may reasonably select.
Account Closure and Termination of the Terms by Us
We may close your Account at Our discretion. In this case, We will notify you in writing using your contact details. When we close your Account, We refund you the balance of your Account.
If We close your Account due to your breach of the Terms or your involvement in prohibited practices (Collusion, Cheating, Fraud and Criminal Activity, Breach of the Terms and Conditions), the balance of your Account will be non-refundable and deemed to be forfeited by us.
Your Account closure does not affect outstanding Bets if you did not breach the Terms.
Account Suspension by Us
We may suspend your Account. Upon the suspension, you are not permitted to carry out any activity in respect of the Services – placing Bets, withdrawing funds, etc. Also, no bonuses are credited to your Account. This limitation is valid until the Account is reactivated.
We will try to investigate and, if possible, resolve the issue that has given rise to the Account suspension as soon as possible. After that, we will make a decision either to reactivate or to close the account.
We do not allow any employee, anyone else in any way connected to such an employee or anyone otherwise connected to the service provider (to be determined by Our absolute discretion) to Bet on any market or event where the service provider is providing a service to us. We will void any Bet where We determine in Our absolute discretion that such betting has taken place.
Where problems occur in the Software or hardware used by Us to provide the Services We will take all reasonable steps to remedy the problem as soon as reasonably practicable. We will take all reasonable steps to treat you in a fair manner (which may include reinstating the balance on your Account to the position existing following completion of the last Bet logged on Our server immediately prior to the occurrence of the problem).
A number of circumstances may arise where a Bet or wager is accepted, or a payment is made, by Us in error. A non-exhaustive list of such circumstances is as follows:
- where We misstate any odds or Terms of a Bet or gaming wager to you as a result of obvious error or omission in inputting the information or setting up a market, or as a result of a computer malfunction;
- in relation to Bets placed prior to an event taking place, the prices/Terms offered are materially different from those available in the general market; or
- in relation to any event, the price/Terms offered at the time the Bet is placed are clearly incorrect given the probability of the event occurring;
- where We have continued to accept Bets on a market which should have been suspended, including where the relevant event is in progress (except where 'in-running' Bets are accepted) or had already finished (sometimes referred to as 'late Bets');
- where an error has been made as a result of a Prohibited Practice;
- where We should not have accepted, or have the right to cancel or re-settle, a Bet pursuant to the Betting Rules (for example due to 'Related Contingencies');
- where an error is made by Us as to the amount of winnings/returns that are paid to you, including as a result of a manual or computer input error; or
- where an error has been made by Us as to the amount of free Bets and/or Bonuses that are credited to your Account, any such circumstances being referred to as an "Error".
In the event of an Error, We reserve the right to:
- correct any Error made on a Bet placed and re-settle the same at the correct price or Terms which were available or should have been available through Us (absent the publishing error) at the time that the Bet was placed and the Bet will be deemed to have taken place on the Terms which were usual for that Bet; or
- where it is not reasonably practicable to correct and re-settle, to declare the Bet void and return your stake into your Account; or
